By Morton Murray
Morton Murray was one of the founding members of the Horwich Art Society and painted in watercolours, oils and pastels, but he was best known for his superb acrylic work. Sadly, Morton passed away in March 2008. Some of his paintings are shown here in the gallery. Morton was two-times winner of the Jack Birchall Memorial Trophy.
